FAQs

How do speech analytics and voice analytics differ?

Speech analytics focus on the content of a conversation, while voice analytics examine how something was said (e.g., tone, pitch, rhythm, intonation). Some benefits of voice analytics over speech analytics include:

Voice analytics are language-independent, meaning they can analyze spoken words in any language, such as English, French, or Korean, by focusing solely on acoustic properties.

By analyzing voice, we can identify a person's behavioral patterns and predict, with considerable accuracy, their future behavior in various areas of life, including work, social interactions, and health.

What does your software examine?

Our voice analysis processes over 200 acoustic parameters per second from each recording sample, including metrics such as length, range, slope, and frequency.

Thousands of data points are then computed and averaged for each recording to capture the individual's unique voice patterns, all without using any personal information about their identity.

Is it preferable for audio recordings to be longer than 45 seconds?

Recordings of 45 seconds are generally sufficient. Our validation and research studies have shown no significant differences in audio recordings longer than 45 seconds.

Do I need to inform Voice-genius of the languages I'm using?

No, our software can analyze any language or multiple languages within the same call or recording by examining the various acoustic features of the voice.

Is it necessary to replace my current system?

Our system seamlessly integrates with other data and analytic systems, enhancing your data collection and predictive capabilities.
